 Create employee

In the navigator point [Address administration] [own address] you can find the node [Employee].

With the icon you begin to create an new employee.

 

 

In the tab [Additional data] it is possible to enter further contact data of the employee.

 

 

 

Create an clerk

The tab [Employee info] allows a quick creating of the clerk and the representative directly in the employee base. If you set the hack to create, the clerk or representative will be created. The name of the clerks will be filled from the employees first and last name.

 

 

Create an user

In the next tab, a new user is created by checking the box “Create employee as user”.

You now have the option of either having the user code generated automatically or entering it yourself.

If you check the box “Assign data automatically”, the user code will be generated automatically.

If the checkbox is not checked, you can determine the user code yourself. Under “predefined clerk” you select the clerk whose data should be displayed in the text preview.

Create an employee as an user

You set this hook so that you create the employee as an user.

 

Assign data automatically

If the user data should be filled automatically by the employee, then set this checkmark. If you want to set the user name by yourself so do not set this checkbox and then the "User" filed is active for editing.

 

User

If the checkbox "Assign data automatically" is set then the field will automatically be filled and inactive for editing. On the contrary if the checkbox is not set then this field is ready for editing.

 

Identity

Full name of the user.

 

Password

Here you can enter the password.

 

User Group

This list box lists the user groups to which the current user has been assigned. The user group can be assigned with the "Assignment" button positioned to the right of the list box.

 

Organisation

Each user may be entitled for multiple business organizations. Here is the enterprise organization entered which this user works. When calling up the menu system, this company organization is automatically proposed after entering the user code and the password.

 

Menu

A menu includes as a generic term the menu bar (consists of menu texts) and the individual menu lines (consist of menu texts an program calls). The definition of a menu takes place in the menu positions. The assignment of the menu bar and the individual menu lines takes place in the menu definitions.

 

Default clerk

The administrator can be pre-assigned in this field. This setting can be different per user. If you enter a document, the person responsible is automatically entered in the first tab of the header.

 

Administrator

Administrators have more rights in the program (install updates, change administration settings, etc.).

 

Archived

To archive or delete a user you have to set the hook here. If you want to archive several users at the same time, the users must be selected beforehand. 

  

Multiple changes in the employee base

You select several data sets (employees) from the employee master file using CTRL + mouse click in order to edit them quickly and simultaneously. Now all fields are activated for editing.

Reset password

In order to reset a password of a user you must start the program with "Administrator". In the navigator you go to [Employees] and select the user in the browser. Then you have to go to the [Menu] and select [Reset password].

The password is now returned to the user name literally.
