Technical innovations/improvements for moveIT EASY administrators

• Prices: Similar to the "EK Price" column, there is now also the "EK Amount" column ("Purchase amount excluding VAT").

• Template: There is now a template function that allows certain values of a position to be used as a template and thus as a model for other positions. This must be supported in the industrial product master data. More information can be found in the moveIT help.

• Organization Management: In the organization management, a new button has been added to the toolbar: "Update". This updates all data in the view.

• Capture Position: A more precise message is now displayed to users when positions are incomplete and cannot be ordered. This can occur with positions that have undefined question parameters. Note: In moveIT EASY, there must be no question parameters that remain undefined.

• Showroom Mode: A showroom mode can now be activated. With the showroom mode, product graphics can be displayed on external displays (e.g., front doors on large monitors or even on a smartphone). • Column Headers/Tooltips: Column headers and the associated tooltips can be customized via the administration settings CustomColumnName and CustomColumnTooltips. (NOTE: no translation)

• Default View: The default view in the eCatalog will be changed to "Detail Cards" for new users.

• Capture New Position: In the settings, there is now an option to open the eCatalog immediately when clicking on [New Position].

• Model Selection: In the settings, there is now an option to select an item or model in the eCatalog immediately when clicking on it.

• Model Selection: In the settings, there is now an option to save the selected item/model immediately after selection in the eCatalog, which will cause the configurator to open immediately for configuration models.

• Position Discount: Position discounts can again be entered in the outline positions of split positions.

• Graphic viewer: An animation is now performed in the graphic viewer when the view changes and when the camera is reset.

• Info icons: All extended info icons are now shown in blue to draw more attention to them.

• Help call: From all moveIT products, the help call now goes to our newly designed help and documentation.

• Form generation: The loading display "Product preview is being generated" is now always displayed when the user generates a form. This did not work in every case.)

• Reset password: It is now possible to reset a user's password directly in the organization wizard on the Users tab.

• Display columns: The columns "First name", "Last name" and "Email" can now be displayed in the organization wizard on the Users tab in the table for the user overview (right-click on the column heading).

• Improved detection: There is now improved detection when a session was not ended as expected - and the users are also disconnected from the database. This reduces login problems.

• Graphics system: The new graphics system and the corresponding viewer (GLB viewer) are now used as standard.

• Purchase-Information: The order number is now also displayed on the “Purchase-Information” mask.

• There is now a heartbeat communication between the client agent process and the database. This has been implemented to prevent problems with any network, firewall, or AntiVir configurations that disconnect an idle process after a certain period of time.
